Welcome to SPAITR, your Sports AI Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
SPAITR is intended for athletes, coaches, and parents aged 16 or older at this time. If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use SPAITR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
SPAITR provides workout tracking, AI-generated workout recommendations, and team accountability tools. These are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Fees
During the beta, SPAITR is offered free of charge. Future versions may include paid plans, which will be subject to separate terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology within SPAITR are owned by SPAITR LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
SPAITR does not guarantee specific performance results.
Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness program.
SPAITR LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the App.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.

SPAITR values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: Name, email address, role (athlete, coach, parent), as well as optional information such as height, weight, and age.
Workout Data: Exercises, sessions completed, and activity logs.
Device Data: Information from Apple Health/Apple Watch if you choose to connect it.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide workout tracking and AI-generated training plans.
To enable coaches to assign and track workouts.
To send reminders, progress updates, and notifications.
To improve the App and develop new features.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Your coach (if applicable) may see your workout data for accountability and tracking purposes.
We may share aggregated, anonymized data for analytics.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Choices
You can update or delete your account information in the App.
You can disconnect Apple Health/Watch integrations at any time.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at spaitrmanagers@gmail.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
SPAITR is not intended for children under 16 at this time. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new policy.
